Frank Shadpour is a registered Mechanical Engineer
and Certified Construction Specifier. He is a mechanical engineering
graduate of the University of Southern California and has his
Master's degree from the University of Redlands. Mr. Shadpour
has been the instructor of "HVAC Design & Control" courses at
the University of California, San Diego since 1987 and is past
President of ASHRAE, San Diego. Currently, he serves as the
chair of ASHRAE Technical Committee TC1.4 "Control Theory
and Application."
Mr. Shadpour is the author of The Fundamentals of HVAC Direct Digital
Controls, and has 25 years of experience in design & control of HVAC
systems. He has designed and worked on a variety of facilities including
commercial, educational, pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing, hospitality
and healthcare.

Jeremy Clifton is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the State of
California with comprehensive experience in highly technical
design-oriented HVAC projects. He graduated from San Diego State
University's Mechanical Engineering program with honors, belonging
to the Tau Beta Pi engineering honors society. Mr. Clifton has
engineered and designed for a wide range of projects in the healthcare,
public, civic, hospitality, federal government and military sectors.
He has worked extensively with various California State University
and University of California campuses, in addition to designing
HVAC and plumbing for regional military bases in Arizona, Nevada,
Northern and Southern California. Local high-profile projects he
has designed include the Sharp Hospital HMP, Caltrans' San Diego
Office Building, and the University of San Diego Science Building.

Edward R. Lehman is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the State of California,
18 additional States and the District of Columbia. A graduate of Indiana
Institute of Technology and the MBA program from Syracuse University, Mr. Lehman
has been an active member of ASHRAE and served on the Board of the American
Society of Military Engineers in Washington, DC. Mr. Lehman also currently
serves on the Planning Commission of the City of Escondido and as President of
the Board of Directors of the Continuing Education Center at Cal State-San
Marcos.
Mr. Lehman has 40 years experience in the design and construction of HVAC,
Plumbing and Process systems for large manufacturing facilities, schools and
colleges, hospitals and healthcare facilities, all levels of commercial
building, plus extensive experience with all military branches of service, GSA
and many other branches of Federal and State government projects. Mr. Lehman was
awarded the National Certificate of Excellence in Engineering Design in 2001 by
GSA.

Lyle E. Willis is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the State of
California with over 40 years experience in the design and
implementation of Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Utility
systems for educational, commercial and governmental agencies.
Mr. Willis is an ASHRAE Fellow and an ASPE Certified Construction
Cost Estimator with expert cost control capabilities throughout
all phases of design. His educational background includes Environmental
Design at Cal Berkeley (1961-1965) and a five-year Bachelor of
Architecture degree from Cal-Poly Pomona (1986). Mr. Willis has
provided A-E services as both a Mechanical Engineering Consultant
and as a Prime Design Professional for a wide variety of projects
ranging from small Repair Projects or Due Diligence/Deficiency
Studies to large Campus-wide or Base-wide building construction
programs. He is expert at integrating and coordinating effective
mechanical system designs with complex building architectural and
structural requirements. Mr. Willis is frequently called upon by
Governmental agencies and University Campuses to provide peer
review of other mechanical engineering designs.
